Use of copyright-protected material owned by the Museum

• For requests for the use of copyright-protected material owned by the Jewish Museum in Prague, please complete the following form.
• An email confirmation of receipt of your request will be sent only if all of the details have been filled in.
• The fee for the requested material is based on the Pricelist of Services Provided by the Jewish Museum in Prague.
• - You will be informed within ten days as to whether or not your request will be accepted. If your request is accepted, you will be informed of the fee to be paid for use of the requested material.
• The material along with permission for use will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
