A concert by one of the leading Czech quartets (František Souček, Petr Střížek – violin, Petr Holman – viola, Vladimír Fortin – cello) on the occasion of Yom Ha-Shoah. Programme: Song by Alexander Zemlinsky, String Quartet No. 8 in C Minor (Op.110) – dedicated to the victims of fascism and war – by Dmitri Shostakovich and String Quartet No. 1 in E Flat Major (Op.12) by Felix Mendelssohn. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Maisel Synagogue or at the Jewish Museum's Information and Reservation Centre (Maiselova 15, Prague 1). Admission 190 CZK.
