The exhibitions of the Jewish Museum in Prague are located in six historic sites:

The museum is open every day except Saturdays and Jewish holidays.

ENTRANCE FEE


New features in our visitor services:

1.
7-day ticket
for individuals (max. 5 persons) and families – for one visit to each site

2.
Discount prices for Opencard holders:
60% off the full entrance fee – CZK 120 for adults, CZK 80 for children, students and senior citizens. Family discount ticket (for two adults with 1 to 4 children: CZK 320
Opencard holders may use this discount no more than twice per calendar year

3.
Discount prices for holders of the Prague Card:
15% off the full entrance fee – CZK 255 for adults, CZK 170 for children and students under 26.
Holders of the Prague Card may use this discount only once and for only one visit to each site during the card's validity period.

The above discounts for holders of the Opencard and Prague Card do not apply for entry to the Old-New Synagogue, which is overseen by the Prague Jewish Community.

Site managed by the Jewish community in Prague
A discount of the entrance fee in the Jerusalem synagogue is allowed with this ticket (from April till October between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. except Saturday and Jewish holidays).

3. Entrance fee for all Jewish sites in the Old Town of Prague
(points 1 and 2 with 20,- CZK discount)
Adults - 480 CZK
Children, students under 26 years - 320 CZK
Under 6s - free
Family (2 adults + up to 4 children, Under 6s - free): per adults 480 CZK, per child 160 CZK
 
Tickets for all sites can be bought at all cash desks of the Jewish museum in Prague and at the shop in front of the entrance of the Old-new synagogue.

4. Discounted tour of the Robert Guttmann Gallery and the Spanish Synagogue
 
Individual visitors:
adults 70 CZK
children under 6 free
children 6-15, students, seniors 50 CZK

5. Discount tour of the Jewish Museum in Prague for holders of Česká spořitelna payment cards and Pražská plynárenská customer cards

Česká spořitelna clients are required to activate the bonus feature in Česká spořitelna Bonus Program to qualify for a discount fare
70% off the entry fee to the Museum’s sites.
Valid for 1 to 4 tickets (maximum 2 adults and 2 children)
 
Discount available at the cash desk in Antique shop, Maiselova 15, Prague 1
and at the cash desk in Maisel Synagogue, Maiselova 10, Prague 1.
 
This discount does not apply to entry to the Old-New Synagogue.

7. AMG, ICOM and ICOMOS card holders, the Association of Museums in Slovakia and National Heritage Institute staff
are allowed free entry to the Jewish Museum’s permanent exhibitions only after first picking up a free ticket from the Museum’s Reservation Centre (Sun–Fri, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at U Starého hřbitova 3a, 110 00 Prague 1, tel. +420 222 317 191, fax: +420 222 317 181, e-mail: rezervacni.centrum@jewishmuseum.cz). Free tickets of this kind are not issued directly at the individual sites overseen by the Jewish Museum. Without showing a free ticket, the above are allowed free entry only to the Robert Guttmann Gallery are allowed free entry to the Jewish Museum’s permanent exhibitions only after first picking up a free ticket from the Museum’s Reservation Centre (Sun–Fri, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at U Starého hřbitova 3a, 110 00 Prague 1, tel. +420 222 317 191, fax: +420 222 317 181, e-mail: rezervacni.centrum@jewishmuseum.cz). 8. Individual audio-guided tours

Audio guides are available for rent during museum operating hours. Should an audio guide be required for consecutive days within a single ticket's period of validity, it must be left overnight and picked up following day.

The audio-guided tour lasts two hours and has 80 sections. The text describes the most historic objects displayed in the Prague Jewish Museum, unique expositions at the museum, and old stories from the Jewish ghetto and Prague's Jewish community.

The audio guide is available in Hebrew, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French. Additional languages will be available soon.

Audio guides can be rented at the entrance of the Pinkas Synagogue and the Old Jewish Cemetery. The price of rental is 250 CZK per audio guide with the full ticket and 200 CZK with the reduced price ticket.
