CD-ROM Synagogue Textiles
An
interactive CD ROM (“Synagogue Textiles”) has been released by the Jewish
Museum in Prague in order to supply enough information to those who
are interested in its textile collection. It was prepared in English,
Czech, German, French and Italian. This CD Rom presents complete information,
along with rich photodocumentation, on a group of 185 synagogue textiles
from the collection. It enables the viewing of the collection according
to material, techniques and iconography and also arranges the textiles
according to the localities and periods in which they were made.
