A movie screening of a documentary depicting how the perestroika was affecting Jewish communities in Poland, Hungary and former Czechoslovakia, just as the Berlin Wall was falling. With his violin in hand Yale Strom, an American musician and ethnographer travels and speaks with individuals both from inside and outside of the Jewish community about what it means to be a Jew in a "new" Europe. Followed by a discussion with the author.  In English, with English subtitles.
