The third large sub-collection comprises visual art (paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, new media).

This sub-collection comprises the historical book holdings (books printed before 1860) and the rare book collection, which contains books published after 1860 that are of historical, cultural or academic value for the museum's library holdings.
