As the sites of the Jewish Museum in Prague are historical buildings, access can be difficult for disabled visitors.

Pinkas Synagogue the synagogue building proper is not accessible; disabled clients can visit the courtyard of the synagogue complex and the Pinkas Close with the outdoor exhibition Journeys with No Return; access to the Pinkas Close via a gate from the first courtyard which staff will open upon request

Spanish Synagogue yes, ramp
Klausen Synagogue yes, ground floor, help with 3 sets of 2 steps required
Robert Guttmann Gallery yes, entrance round the back of the museum's administrative building
Information and Reservation Centre yes, entrance from Maiselova 15
Auditorium, Maiselova 15 / Department for Education and Culture yes, ground floor, lift with a passage width of 75 cm

Other sites are not yet accessible for disabled visitors.

Guide and assistance dogs accompanying disabled visitors with a valid ticket are allowed in all exhibition areas. These dogs must be clearly identified.
