ADMISSION

Dear visitors to the Jewish Museum in Prague,
visitors to the museum are required to adhere to the following rules that have been set out by the Czech Ministry of Health:

• the number of visitors in the indoor exhibitions and museum premises is limited to allow visitors to keep distance of 1.5 meters;
• it is necessary to have mouth and nose protection, which is a respirator FFP2 or KN95, in the indoor exhibitions and premises of the museum;
• visitors are obliged to keep distance of at least 1.5 meters, unless they are persons from the common household or children, pupils or students of one school or a supervisor;
• participants in group visits must not show clinical signs of covid-19;
• participants of group visits with more than 20 people are obliged to prove the appropriate certificate of non-infectivity to the organizer of group (usually direct guides) before entering the premises of the Jewish Museum in Prague, with the exception of children under 6 years of age. Fulfillment of the conditions of non-infectivity is not required if children, pupils or students of one school or a supervisory person are involved in group visit as part of education.

Tickets can be purchased at the museum's the Spanish synagogue, the Klausen Synagogue and the Pinkas Synagogue.  Individual and family tickets are valid for 7 days. Group tickets (six or more people) are valid on day of issue only. Each site can be visited only once.
The sale of tickets ends 30 minutes before closing time.

Free tickets of this kind are issued by the Information and Reservation Centre. Maximum one free ticket per card. 

Without a free ticket, the above card holders are eligible for free admission only to the Robert Guttmann Gallery.

This offer does not apply to entry to the Old-New Synagogue, which is overseen by the Prague Jewish Community.
