The fourth part of the movie cycle of the film historian Alice Aronová shows another favourite actor of Billy Wilder – Jack Lemmon. As a careerist clerk, Bud Baxter lends his apartment to his superiors for their romantic affairs. What happens when Baxter´s secret love appears in his apartment accompanied by his boss? Conversational comedy The Apartment (USA 1960, 120 min.) has been awarded by the Oscar Award for the best director and for the best screenplay. In original (English) with Czech subtitles.
