As of July 1st, 2023, Pavla Niklová has become the new Director of the Jewish Museum in Prague. Previously she served as the Executive Director of the Vaclav Havel Library Foundation in New York. Regarding the vision of the museum's direction, she says: "Together with my colleagues, I would like the museum to develop as an institution that is based on the Jewish history, culture and traditions, and at the same time, as an institution that works closely with other partners to present new programs that offer reflections on the current multifaceted world.
