Tickets can be purchased online here, or at the museum's ticket offices in the Spanish synagogue,
the Klausen Synagogue, the Pinkas Synagogue, the Maisel synagogue and in the Information and Reservation Centre.

This ticket can be bought at the cash desk in the Pinkas synagogue. Valid for tour with our guide only, taking place every working day from 1 p.m. or upon agreement at different time.
